How We Work
From the first message to the final handover — what happens, when, and what you can expect at each point.
Step one — you tell us the problem
Use the project form, WhatsApp or email. Whichever you choose, describe the problem in your own words. You do not need to know which service it maps to; working that out is our job.
Send whatever you already have: a brief, a marking rubric, supervisor comments, a dataset, a half-finished draft. More context means a faster and more accurate quote.
You receive a unique reference number immediately. Quote it on WhatsApp and we can pick up the thread without you re-explaining anything.
Step two — we scope it and quote a fixed price
We read the brief properly and come back with questions if anything is genuinely ambiguous. We try to keep those to a minimum.
You then get a written scope — what will be delivered, in what format, by when — and a fixed price. Nothing is added later. If the scope changes because you want something different, we re-quote before doing it, never afterwards.

Step three — the work, with visible checkpoints
The project is allocated to the specialist whose actual experience fits it. For work crossing disciplines, more than one person contributes and one stays accountable for the whole.
You see progress at agreed points rather than only at the end. For a dissertation that usually means chapter by chapter; for a software build, working increments you can click through.
Step four — review, then handover
Nothing reaches you without a second pair of eyes. The reviewer checks the brief has been answered, the method is sound, the output is reproducible and the formatting matches what you asked for.
Delivery includes a walkthrough — written, or a call for anything substantial — so you can use, explain and defend the work yourself. Revision within the agreed scope is included.
What we ask of you
Two things, and both of them save time on your side as much as ours.
- Give us your real deadline. Not a buffered one. We plan against what you tell us, and a fictional date makes the plan worse, not safer.
- Tell us early if something changes. A shifted scope handled at the start is straightforward; the same change at the end rarely is.

Common questions
It varies enormously — a statistics chapter might be days, a software build weeks. We give you a specific date in the quote rather than a general range.
Yes. For anything substantial you deal directly with the specialist, not through an account manager relaying messages.
Revision within the agreed scope is included. If you want something genuinely new, we quote it separately rather than quietly absorbing or charging for it.
