Agreement

By using this website or engaging ScholarCraft Consultancy Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

ScholarCraft provides consultancy, guidance, tuition, research, data analysis, software development, design and review services, as described on this site and in the written scope agreed for your project.

We provide support that builds your capability and produces deliverables you own. We do not provide work to be submitted as your own academic work, and our Academic Integrity Policy forms part of these terms.

Quotes, scope and payment

• Every project is quoted in writing with a defined scope before work begins.
• Prices are fixed for the agreed scope. If you request something outside it, we re-quote before doing the additional work.
• Larger projects may be split into stages, with payment against each milestone.
• Work begins once the quote is accepted and any first-stage payment is received.
• Discount codes apply as described at the time of quotation; one code per project.

Deadlines

We commit to the delivery date stated in the accepted quote. That date assumes you supply the materials and answers we identified as needed, by the dates agreed.

If your input is late, the delivery date moves accordingly and we will tell you by how much. If we are going to be late for our own reasons, we will tell you as early as we know.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your requirements, deadline and institution.
• Supply materials and responses when agreed.
• Comply with your own institution's or employer's policies. You are responsible for knowing what they permit.
• Use deliverables lawfully and in line with these terms.
• Not ask us to do anything listed as refused in our Academic Integrity Policy.

Ownership

On full payment, the deliverables produced for your project transfer to you, including source code, design files and documentation for development projects.

We retain ownership of our general methods, templates, tools and pre-existing materials. We do not reuse or resell your project to anyone else.

Revisions

Revision within the agreed scope is included. That covers correcting errors, adjusting to the brief as written, and clarifying anything unclear.

Changes to the brief itself, or new requirements, are quoted separately.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee any grade, mark, pass, publication, acceptance, funding outcome, business result or commercial return. Those depend on factors outside our control, including assessors, reviewers, markets and your own work.

Any service promising such guarantees is not being honest with you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunity or academic consequences arising from your own use of deliverables.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

Either side may end an engagement in writing. Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may decline or stop work that breaches our Academic Integrity or Acceptable Use policies, and will explain why.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
