Per project, against agreed milestones, after internal quality review. Longer projects are paid in stages rather than entirely on completion. We pay you regardless of when the client pays us — collection is our problem, not yours.

The rate is agreed before you accept a project, and it is never renegotiated downward afterwards. If a brief turns out to be materially larger than described, tell us and we re-quote the client rather than expecting you to absorb it.

No. There is no bidding and no undercutting. Projects are allocated on fit — specialism, availability and the quality of your previous work in that area.

Nothing. Declining does not affect what you are offered next. We would far rather you declined than accepted something outside your genuine competence.

No. The client relationship stays with ScholarCraft, and you have a named contact here for any questions. That means you are doing the work rather than the selling, the chasing and the expectation management.

For academic and research work, normally a relevant postgraduate qualification and independent experience with the methods involved. For technical and creative work, demonstrated ability and a portfolio we can look at matter far more than a certificate.

We review applications in the order received and reply either way. A work sample is read by someone already expert in that area, which takes a little longer than a form check but means the decision is a real one.

For boilerplate, code structure and grammar, yes. For generating analysis, interpretation or written argument that you then present as your professional judgement, no. Clients are paying for an expert. If you could not answer a detailed question about why a passage says what it says, it should not be in the deliverable.

The same as ours. We do not produce work for submission as a student's own, sit assessments, guarantee grades, fabricate data or help anyone evade similarity and AI-detection tools. Partners hold that line without needing to be reminded.

No. Expert partners work project by project as independent specialists, with no fixed hours and no obligation to accept anything. Advertised employed roles go through Careers instead.

First time, the reviewer gives direct feedback and it is corrected before delivery. Repeated issues mean a conversation about fit and closer review. A serious breach — confidentiality, integrity, or misrepresenting your competence — ends the partnership immediately.
