How the network is structured
ScholarCraft runs as a core team plus a vetted network of expert partners. The core team handles scoping, client relationships, quality review and delivery. Partners bring depth in specific methods, tools and disciplines.
This is deliberate. A permanent team broad enough to cover everything on this site would be shallow in all of it. A network lets us put someone on your project who has done that specific thing before.
How partners are vetted
- Qualifications and experience are checked against the area they applied for.
- A work sample is reviewed by someone already expert in that area.
- A confidentiality agreement is signed before any client material is shared.
- Early projects are reviewed more closely, and feedback is given directly.
- Partners who do not meet the standard are not allocated further work.
Who you actually deal with
One person stays accountable for your project from first message to handover, including when several specialists contribute.
For anything substantial you speak to the specialist directly. We do not put an account layer between you and the person doing the work — it slows everything down and loses detail.

We are always open to specialists in research methods, statistics, programming, design and business analysis.
Applying as an expert partner is a different process from applying for an advertised role — partners work project by project at agreed rates, while careers go through our recruitment process.
