Using this website

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonated information through any form
• Attempt to access accounts, data or administrative areas that are not yours
• Probe, scan or test the security of the site without written permission
• Upload malware, or files designed to exploit or damage the service
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content from the site
• Use automated tools to submit forms or create accounts
• Interfere with the availability of the site for others

Using our services

You agree not to ask us to:

• Produce work that breaches our Academic Integrity Policy
• Produce material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory
• Infringe another person's copyright, trademark or confidential information
• Build systems intended to deceive, defraud or cause harm
• Handle data you do not have the right to share with us

Uploads

Only upload files you have the right to share. If a dataset contains personal information about other people, make sure you have a lawful basis for sharing it and, where possible, de-identify it first. We are glad to advise on that.

Enforcement

We may decline or stop work, suspend an account, or restrict access where this policy is breached. Where the breach is a misunderstanding, we will explain rather than simply block. Serious or repeated breaches end the relationship.
