What working with us looks like
You are sent projects that match the specialism you applied for, with the scope, deadline and fee already agreed. You accept or decline each one. There is no bidding, no undercutting, and no obligation to take anything.
You do the work, it goes through internal review, and you are paid against agreed milestones. The client relationship stays with ScholarCraft, so you are doing the work rather than the selling.

What we do
- Demonstrated expertise in the area you apply for, not adjacent to it
- Work delivered by the deadline you accepted, or early warning if that changes
- Confidentiality — client material is never shared, reused or retained
- Honesty about what you can and cannot do, including mid-project
- A firm line on academic integrity, matching ours
What we will not do
- Accepting work outside your genuine competence
- Subcontracting a project without telling us
- Contacting clients directly or outside the platform
- Using AI tools to generate deliverables you present as your own analysis
- Reusing material from previous clients
Applying
The application asks about your qualifications, expertise, software skills, availability and rate expectations, and asks for a CV and a work sample. It takes about ten minutes if you have your CV to hand.
We review applications in the order received and reply either way. Approved partners get access to the partner portal and start receiving matched projects.
