Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel, what is refundable, and how we handle work that is not right.
Last updated 11 September 2026
Before work starts
If you cancel before we begin, you receive a full refund of anything paid. Tell us in writing, quoting your reference number.
After work starts
- You are charged for work genuinely completed to the point of cancellation, and refunded the balance.
- You receive whatever has been produced up to that point.
- For staged projects, completed and delivered stages are not refundable; future stages are.
If the work is not right
Tell us specifically what is wrong, quoting your reference. We take this seriously and we do not make it difficult.
- We review the deliverable against the agreed written scope.
- Where it does not meet that scope, we correct it at no charge and to an agreed timescale.
- Where correction is not possible or you no longer want it, we refund the affected portion.
- Where the deliverable does meet the scope but you want something different, we quote for the change rather than refuse to help.
What is not refundable
- A grade, mark or outcome different from what you hoped. We do not guarantee outcomes and cannot refund against them.
- Work delivered to the agreed scope that you later decide you do not need.
- Delays caused by materials or answers not supplied on the agreed dates.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as software licences or similarity checks already run.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show it.
If you are unhappy with a decision, reply and say so. A different person will review it.
