- Rates are agreed before you accept a project, and are not renegotiated downward afterwards.
- Payment is per project, against agreed milestones, after internal review.
- Longer projects are paid in stages rather than entirely on completion.
- We pay regardless of when the client pays us. Collection is our problem.
Growth
Consistent partners get first refusal on larger projects, more complex briefs and ongoing client relationships. Some move into review roles, checking other partners' work.
We would rather develop people already in the network than keep recruiting.
