Working with us
Use the Start a Project form. It asks for the essentials only — what you need, by when, and how to reach you. You receive a reference number immediately and a reply, usually within one working day.
We quote per project rather than publishing a price list, because the same service title can mean three hours or three weeks. Send the brief and you get a fixed quote with nothing added afterwards.

Yes, and it is free. Every request is attached to an account so you can track it, receive and accept your quote in writing, exchange files securely and keep every reply in one place rather than scattered across email. It takes about a minute, and you can sign in with Google, Microsoft or your phone number instead of setting a password. If you would rather not register at all, WhatsApp and email are on the contact page and always open.
Yes. Request a callback or message us on WhatsApp. There is no charge for an initial discussion about whether we are the right fit.
We read the brief, ask anything we need to clarify, and send a scope and fixed quote. Work begins once you confirm. You can track everything against your reference number.
Academic integrity
No. We provide guidance, structural feedback, methodology support, data analysis, worked examples, proofreading and review. The submitted work must be yours, and you must be able to defend it. We will tell you plainly if a request falls outside what we do.
Tuition, guidance, statistical consultancy, proofreading and technical support are permitted by most institutions, but the exact boundaries differ. Check your academic integrity policy, tell us what it permits, and we will work within it.
No, under any circumstances. We do not offer detection evasion. If a draft is being flagged, the answer is to strengthen the thinking and the writing, which we do help with.
No, and nobody honestly can. Grades depend on your institution, your marker, your own work and a rubric we do not control. Any service promising a specific grade is not telling you the truth.
No. Impersonation of any kind is refused. That includes online exams, assessed discussions and any access to your institutional accounts.
Confidentiality and data
Yes. Your documents, data and identity are never shared, published, resold or used as samples. Experts working on your project see only what they need to, under a confidentiality agreement.
Project files are retained for a limited period so you can request them again, then deleted. You can ask for immediate deletion at any time and we will confirm when it is done.
Yes. Send your own agreement or use ours. Either way it is in place before we see anything commercially sensitive.
Never. Every project is produced for the client who commissioned it, and nothing is recycled into another engagement.
Payment and quotes
You receive a written scope and a fixed quote before work starts. Larger projects are usually split into stages so you are never paying far ahead of delivery.
No — there are no codes to hunt for. We quote one honest figure for the scope described rather than inflating a price so a percentage can be taken off it again. Bulk and ongoing work is priced differently because it genuinely costs us less to run; ask on the bulk enquiry form.
Tell us, with specifics, and we will put it right. Revision within the agreed scope is included. Our refund and cancellation policy sets out the position in full.
Every registered account has a unique referral code and link. Share it, and referrals are tracked in your dashboard. Rewards are confirmed by us once the referred project is under way.
Experts and partners
Apply through Join as Freelancer. We review qualifications, expertise and a work sample, and approved partners receive access to the partner portal.
No, they are separate. Freelancers and expert partners work project by project; advertised roles go through Careers.
Per project, against agreed milestones, after internal quality review. Rates are agreed before work is allocated — never afterwards.
For academic and research work, normally a relevant postgraduate qualification. For technical and creative work, demonstrated ability and a portfolio matter more than a certificate.
