We look for: Postgraduate qualification in a quantitative discipline and independent analysis experience.

We look for: Production experience, not only coursework projects.
Structural feedback, argument development, editing for clarity, referencing and originality interpretation.
We look for: Doctoral study or supervision experience, and a firm grasp of where the integrity line sits.
Decks, posters, infographics, reports and data visualisation in Figma, Adobe CC, PowerPoint or LaTeX.
We look for: A portfolio showing information design, not only decoration.
Market sizing, competitor analysis, feasibility studies, financial modelling and business reporting.
We look for: Consulting, analyst or founder experience with work we can discuss.
The test we apply is simple: could you explain, unprompted, why the standard approach in this area is the standard approach — and when it is the wrong choice?
That is different from being able to follow a tutorial. Both are valuable; only one is what a client is paying a consultancy for.
